Why do you want to race for Team Eleonore Rocks?

All four of my children spent time in the NICU after they were born.  As a result, I very personally understand and support the ER mission.

What is your background (school, hometown, current town, major, etc.)?

Born and raised in Seattle, WA.  I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and my MBA from the University of Chicago.  My family and I currently reside in San Antonio, TX.

How did you get involved in triathlon?

Stumbled into it.  I met other triathletes while getting back into swimming following a multi-year “hiatus”.  They convinced me to give it a try and I liked it.

What is your favorite of the 3 sports in triathlon? Why?

Running.  It is the easiest to just go do, requiring the least amount of logistics (no bike, no water, etc.)

What inspires you?

-          Children (2 sets of twin boys): Michael (9), Nicholas (9), William (7), Jonathan (7)

SVP, Financial Operations and Corporate Development at Clear Channel Communications

What kind of goals do you have for the year?

-          No broken bones J

-          Complete my first Ironman
